Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
By registering or placing an order on RapidUnlocker, you accept and agree to comply with all terms set forth below.
1. Service Fulfillment & Turnaround Times
Turnaround times provided on service catalog pages are estimates based on active supplier API speed. Delayed submissions due to remote carrier queue maintenance do not automatically warrant order cancellation.
2. IMEI & Serial Number Submissions
Users must carefully verify submitted IMEI or serial numbers. Orders placed with incorrect or invalid IMEI numbers cannot be altered once submitted to upstream supplier gateways.
3. Refund & Wallet Policy
If an unlock order is rejected or clean status check fails to deliver, the full cost is automatically refunded to the user wallet ledger balance.
